This is one of the records I won in Kurt’s last auction. Actually, won five, would have loved to have won more, but there are a lot of collectors of Jazz records out there.

What a great disc. I also acquired my copy from Nauck’s in the previous auction (October ‘23.)
The flip side “jungle blues” by Jelly roll and his RHP is a classic as well.

I’m anxiously awaiting my parcel from Kurt’s recent auction. Turns out it was a mostly operatic result including a few nice early French fonotipia/Odeons, one of the Caruso caricatures, and two vocal blues from the Gem quality section.

I’ll be able to eat again next month…
