My serial number on it is 66939. The date on the sticker inside the left cabinet is March 15, 1923

You're very lucky! Nice! You're going to have a great time discovering the enormous charm of music reproduced by a gramophone. You'll get the bug, and guy... It's forever! You'll never listen to any musical reproducer with such warmth, charm and fun as this! Go ahead and enjoy! There's an enormous repertoire of music and words in the 78s...
It indeed has a certain powerful magic appeal which I've not found in any other manmade device.

Those records will sound better and last longer with the reproducer rebuilt! Kits are available on eBay and I suggest warming it with a hairdryer to replace the isolator in a Victrola No. 2 soundbox. And the advice everyone said about single use needles is absolutely correct.
