Nice enough looking, but the patina on the case (exterior and interior) does not match pictures of other oak VV-50s that one can find online.

A refinish job?

Not necessarily. Even if it is, it's been done so well, I'm not sure it even matters. If I could I'd certainly buy it.

I don't think it has been refinished anyway.
