I'm not sure that I get where the scam really is. Possibly the seller owns two houses, or lives in one place and work in the other, and can arrange moving the item around and allow for a local pick up with no mailing costs in both towns.

That was my thought too. Maybe the seller has 3 houses, it is now in Poitiers, and under a 3rd user ID.
