Quick Survey for those Interested in/Have Edison Phonographs and Records

Around a month ago, I posted a question regarding if there was any interest in me continuing my endeavor into creating a site that presents information on many dealers and jobbers that sold Edison products, and now I am well on my way to creating said site (as of now, I am a little over halfway done with the cataloguing phase). Since I am incorporating this into a course project, I wanted to send out this quick survey to community members to receive your feedback and opinions that will help me flesh out the historical and modern context/opinions of the Edison Records business. There are six questions (the first two are required, but the rest are optional to answer), and the Google Forms goes much more in-depth on the questions and reasoning behind the questionnaire, but if you are able to fill this survey out for me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hopefully, you've had some good response. Even though the "Links" thread is probably the correct place to post this, I doubt it gets much attention. You may want to try a duplicate posting in one of the higher trafficked threads.
