Hi Shawn-- I have a nice Home "A"-- I had it on my table at the Wayne show, sporting a John Duffy polished 30" brass horn..with the rear mount crane. You may have seen it.
It has the 2/4 conversion installed. I'm pretty certain I have an extra "A" mandrel/pulley, so I could convert it back to 2 minute only if that is what you need. It's a really nice machine that plays well--

Really appreciate the call out! Thank you. Yours looks really nice. However, I have a crane I want to use, so I am going wait for one without a crane installed on the case. And of course, 2-minute.

I can convert it back to 2 min only-- but the rear crane brackets can't be "undone"

Yea, that can't be undone.
