Here is an early record label that is exceedingly uncommon and very attractive too! This is the Faultless Concert Record by John M. Smyth Company of Chicago.
This record has lots of scattered scuffs and scratches but it plays well start to finish with some surface noise consistent with a phonograph record that was played and enjoyed long ago.

I've only found two of these records in nearly 40 years of collecting early phonographs and records.
