Hodgepodge machine?

Post by Zenger »

Greetings. I picked this up at a flea market years ago, and it has always baffled me. It has Zonophone elements (and a Zonophone model name, though the case does not look like others of that model I have seen pictured), but a Victor horn, elbow and reproducer. Does this strike you as something a collector/hobbyist cobbled together much more recently?

Thanks, Bill. It has also been pointed out to me that new holes were probably drilled into the cabinet for the support arm.
