3d Printed Parts

I've been trying to find some way of making prototypes for some parts that are broken for some of my oddball phonographs and my wife and kids were nice enough to buy me a 3d printer. The first thing I made was a small horn for a Columbia Q and was not very successful so I have two C reproducers that don't have storage boxes so I made a box for them. They cane out pretty good but will be changing the filament to tan and will be making the" pillow " from softer material. Eventually I will be able to make more things. Really liked this gift because it fits perfectly with all my hobbies.

Funny part is that I found the files to make the back flanges for the Victor Exhibition and the Victor No.2 reproducer. They are made in two parts then glued and assembled. The horns are difficult but eventually I'll be able to make them too. I have a voice recording horn almost completed so it will hopefully improve my recordings.

Can you produce the back half, pause printing, then insert the brass sleeve and continue with printing the rest of the flange? If that's even possible, the sleeve could then be imbedded in the flange with no need to glue together afterwards.

I don't know if you could stop the print and add the sleeve. When I get the flexible filament I'll try and print one and update the results. Here are the instructions on how to assemble the flanges. I don't know what filament would be better because there are two, one is stiff but still flexible the other is softer and more flexible.
