I saw that too. It was driven by the stupid AI description. Already it's impossible for some folks to think for themselves, as the photo of the nameplate clearly shows the model number.

It is wearing the internal horn from a cabinet gramophone, the narrow end of which appears to have been been threaded through the back bracket instead of a tonearm. With that geometry, even with a soundbox fitted I doubt that it would be capable of playing a record. Hopefully at least the base will be salvageable.

Looks like a 30 based on the scale to the case.

The Vic II badge is fake, which makes me question the authenticity of other parts. ;)

This is a Vic II humpback machine. It looks complete except for the horn and tonearm. Depending on the final bid, there is money to be made on this.
