Dating 78s: start with Victor

Can anybody date this one? I am wondering if it is in a Canadian catalogue. Thanks. It is a very stirring recording, and 12 inch.

Thank you. There is pretty clearly a shelfful (or digital equivalent) of resource material needed to treat just the important companies, divisions, and eras. Life was simpler before I could play 78s!

However, learning that my Song of Liberty / Land of Hope & Glory were recorded in 1940 makes them poignant as well as powerful.

I wanted to ask for a photo of the runout area around the labels where the original British matrix number might be engraved, in case this is a repressing from original matrix or metal parts, but if there is no matrix number, it is then probably a dubbing.
