Not sure if this has already been discussed, I didn't see any threads. Have folks found the National jukebox site from library of congress www.loc.gov/jukebox/. Great stuff mostly Victor. Not for download though due to copyright.

I thought I had seen it before, but then lost track of where I saw it. Such a good site should not get forgotten, it should be promoted to those new to the hobby. Listening on modern equipment only gives you a hint of what it can sound like on original equipment. LOC also seems to have made no attempt to "clean up" the recordings, a good thing in my opinion.
