Selecta Deluxe vs Magnet

Hi all,

There is a Magnet soundbox being offered in eBay:

It bears striking similarities with my Selecta Deluxe soundbox made in Switzerland. Could it be made by the same manufacturer (Thorens?) in two different places? Or were there many soundbox brands similar in style? I'm attaching pics of my Selecta Deluxe soundbox.

alot of soundboxes are the same with different names, or share the same parts, they would bot be basically the exact same soundbox

Thorens (and other makers) would put any name required by the customer on it's products. I have two nearly identical soundboxes- one is marked "Parlophon" and the other is marked "AMBASSADOR - MADE ABROAD- LONDRES - BERLIN - PARIS."
