The song is called "La Mattchiche". I have a copy of it on a Pathé center-start record. The tune was very popular before WW1.

The song is not a song, but a march. It is the La Sorella March. I have it on a Victor batwing played by Sousa's band.

It appears that either title is correct. Besides a march, it was also a song, because I have heard the lyrics sung in a French recording.

The tune seems to have been popular for quite a while; I recollect Gershwin quotes it in his "American in Paris".
