Recently on my local craigslist a victor vv 7-10 popped up and the doors were closed in all the pictures so I emailed him and asked for more pictures of the machine but in the photos there is no radio!!! So my question is why was there no radio in it? Was it factory or done later, and is this common?

Maybe it has only a radio horn-driver included, seeing as the shifting lever is shown. Also note the bent-wire fake replacement for a smashed arm bracket.
$100 or avoid, sez me.

I'm certain it left the factory with a radio. Looks like someone made a new panel out of something when the radio was removed. Not many parts left for a parts machine. I'd bet the horn driver
is long gone.
is long gone.

The 7-10 is a scarce, though not terribly desirable machine. PM me should you be looking of one. I have an extra machine which is complete and working, with the correct Victor loudspeaker driver, a replaced overhang support, a repaired radio, an ARBE-III battery eliminator and a set of good globe-shaped Radiotrons (vacuum tubes).
