FOR SALE: Victor victrola VV-XII motor - $450

Post by Dino Bravo »

Here for sale is a Victor victrola VV-XII motor and turntable. The cast iron turntable has it's original turntable felt. This motor runs and plays great. Shipping cost to the US will be calculated. Thank you for looking.

I believe Vic 6's never used this motor configuration. This motor you are selling was just for a Victrola 12. As for as I know.... ;).

This motor was never used on any Vic VI. Victor advertising claimed it was the same but I'd guess they were actually claiming the VV-XVII had the same quality and power as the Victor VI. They could make that claim because the XII motor shared many of the same motor assembles like governor and spring barrels as the VI. Jerry

Hi Jerry and gramophone78. I stand corrected. You guys are absolutely right. Some of the components might be the same but the motor as a whole was specifically for the VV-XII. You guys are great. Thank you very much, Dino.
