It's interesting that the tone arms are wooden. Mine is fitted with Bakelite arms. Ultra phone underwent several changes in their production, and when they went bust these cabinets ended up fitted with regular single arm machines and sold under a different brand name. It is an interesting machine and quite unique in its concept. Reproduction can sound ghostly if the needles are not well aligned. Good luck with your restoration!

Hello Carlos, really, the arms of wood are elegant and very light, it should be so that does not increase much the drag of the needles in the disc, since they are both simultaneously. It really is a very interesting concept for the time. Thanks for the votes, I'm doing well, it's going to be very impressive.
