Thankyou guys for your efforts but I was unable to attend. Had I taken the time to get new tires on my little hyundai I would have chanced the hour long long trip through some back mountain roads.If it had been something rare surely I would have left at 4am and drove 20mph to get there.

Valecnik... Looks like you nailed it! Good Job! I have heard of the Linenoid Horns a few years ago, but have never seen one..

I see the machine and horn made it to ebay,here is a link to the horn,yep its a linenoid.

Note that this horn is missing its metal cone on the small end.
