My experiences tend to be like that except mine are like the Christmases where 2 people buy you the same gift and you already have it to begin withAs organized as I try to be, new additions can sometimes get lost in the shuffle of things and it ends up being like Christmas when I find them again

My system is like my desk and my shop: there's a system, but only someone tuned in to my particular madness could find things...
My one concession to logic is that all my Caruso records are in chronological order, and all the Wagner is its own corner of the shelves. The rest is well-ordered chaos.
But I can (usually) find a given recording in (relatively) short order.
