Take a look in my garage or my storage building. I'm not going to mention the sad state of my back room at the moment, suffice it to say, I have a path and that's about it! And just when I'm able to get a few things moved along to new homes, MORE find me. :?

I still have some space; you could store some of your phonographs with me! :D

I'll die if it turns out she was a Jazz fiend.
I once bought a Victor XVIII that belonged to the biggest employer family in Nebraska in the early 1900's. The woman who owned the machine had moved and could not locate the albums so she was going to ship them to me. I told her to save shipping and just send the empty albums. Well she didn't empty them and I was really glad she didn't. I was expecting a ton of stuffy opera and orchestra. (Not knocking them, just not my cup of tea) but instead I find every album full of hot jazz dance and fox trots. Come to find out the widow bought this machine right after her wealthy husband passed away and I'm thinking she danced the evenings away with all her new gentlemen callers!

I actually have a couple of nice machines on sort of "permanent loan" at another collector friend's house that I would otherwise have no space for. There's an upside to that as well, I get to visit them whenever I want and he gets to use and enjoy them!
