CptBob, this is a nice one you got there ! I'm sill in the quest for one of these.
Do you think it would be worth to buy it and replace the soundbox (with an orginal one) for instance ?

It depends how much the seller is asking for the 102. Bear in mind that a good 5a or 5b will probably cost you around £80 to £100 pounds. Don't bother with a No.16, they are made as a sealed unit, and can't be repaired. You could, with a bit of luck, pick up a good black 102 for around £130, so if the seller wants more than £50, then I wouldn't bother with it.
