I rebuilt the reproducer and it works great! Just finished the motor rebuild and it seems to run very smoothly. All three springs were in good shape, just caked in crystalized grease. Cleaning and regreasing was all that was needed. The governor needed cleaning and adjusting, and the brake pad was missing, replaced that, and it works great now. The little pin that goes through the spring barrel shaft to engage the winding gear was broken and had to be removed and replaced. That was a bit of a challenge, ended up replacing it with a salvaged shaft from a used up Dremel tool cut to length. I think the motor board may be warped because when I cinched up the three mounting screws, the motor wouldn't run. Loosened the screws and it worked fine. Might use a shim on one of the screws. Didn't have the time to explore that little issue.

Haven't got all the parts in one place yet, but should have them all together in the next couple days. Pretty excited to hear a record playing on it! CDB
