If the spring barrel maesurements of the 30R and the fixings are the same as the GGR use one of them , it will work a treat !

I intend to check the measurements of both spring barrels this weekend or next. They need to be cleaned first!

I usually first repair the spring especially if it has broken so close to and end, even when it has broken near the center lug. If it breaks again, I assume the spring is fatigued and then replace all springs as logic suggests that the others will break sooner rather than later. Besides, once you decide to replace one spring you might as well replace them all as you already have the motor open, and when again will you be able to get two or more springs exactly the same. Best to have all springs exactly the same for a smooth motor.
Everyone's approach is different, no set rules.
If you decide to repair it, just take your time. Proudfoots book is good reference.
