Always use an Amex card when ordering through the criminal payment processor Paypal.
Then if Paypal plays games do a chargeback through Amex. Amex saved me from a potential
huge lose a while back. Paypal hates chargebacks but they can't do much about it since it's
a consumer right. My Paypal account was not shut down either.

I have now initiated a chargeback through my credit card provider. If nothing else, it ties up the seller's use of the money for another 60 days or so.
