wow you guy are tough!!!

I was going to respond to all your comments but I decided to just ignore them.

I expected some buzz, but not like this. I'm just a regular guy trying to sell a phonograph that I never tried out. If that's the worst that I do today then I think I'll be ok!!

Jeff,

All the comments look fairly innocent to me. I don't see anyone "talking trash", as Hailey suggests. Maybe you're not a true phonograph collector, as it would be akin to saying that you smoked pot but never inhaled, to claim that you've owned a nice phono like that, but have never played it. That's just something that we, as collectors, find weird, hence the disbelief. But then, I've owned a rifle for 20 years that I only fired last New Year's Eve, so maybe I get it.

I still don't get it.

But if you say that you've owned a Victrola XVIII for a long time and you were never tempted to grab that crank and try it out, that's good enough for me. Everybody's different... :)
