I have used the Acme Spirally Wound Paper Products to make my boxes. Below is the latest one for my new cylinders, this is a new blank that I make, not an original blank. The box has a long inner tube, short outer tube, sleeve and then paper caps over the ends, kind of a hybrid between an Edison Amberol and Gold Moulded box. http://www.acmespiral.com/ As I need the boxes to sell my product in, not sell as a storage box. You can have your own made, They can make a small order, but it is better to order quantities over 500, or 1000 as it is cheaper.
