I agree as well; meeting in the lobby at an appointed time would be a great idea. It was hard to distinguish the dealer tags from our tags at a distance; many people assumed *I* was a dealer because I misjudged travel time and had the second parking spot from the door. Hopefully I'll have the opportunity to go in October; the other shows are either too far for me or too geared towards music boxes (e.g., the Automated Music Show when it was in Ohio).
