Very nice collection! I like the way you have displayed your collection too.

Is the floor standing horn crane (S-shaped) an original phonograph part, home made or ??? I've never seen anything like it. Very cool.

Welcome also. I do have a question...did you find all or most of your machine in Brasil or..??. If not, could you share with us which (if any) you were able to locate where you live.
I have seen many ads showing machine's for sale down your way. However, shipping can be a little tricky.
I agree with Scott....cool looking "S" crane.

Friends, thank you for the compliments, not yet posted all to create a mystery, lol
The support for "S" was an old lamp but that served me for the big horn, today there is a legitimate place in public view Zonophone, see the photo.
I live in São Paulo, Brazil, here we have many collectors nor rare machines, my collection was formed by shopping on e-bay (smaller machines and accessories), shopping in Uruguay and Argentina, but mostly the largest collector of Latin America, Mr. Carmine, who died in 2012 and his large collection was put up for sale, have heard?

Andreas, Yes, I have heard of Sr. Carmine. However, I did not meet or have any dealings with them. I have however purchased a few collections in Mexico over the last 30 years. One (that I passed on) had over 78 machine's....
A good person for you to know (if you don't already) is Eduardo in Peru. You can PM me if you would like his contact information.

The collection of Mr. Carmine was immense, but was disorganized when I could see it had more than 200 machines, I could buy gradually, 5 machines in all a Victor V - VI, A Zonophone Model C, a Victrola VV 330, one German writer cylinders, and Parlograph a Victor V - 3, the last two just selling.
Thanks for the tip Eduardo, Peru is thousands of miles away, do not know him, he is a member since Forum?
In the photo, my only electric copies, only to exemplify the end of production of mechanical machines, Victor record player VE 12-15, 1928, A Philco radio with record player, 1946, A Tombstone and a rare radio RCA decade of 20.
My contact is [email protected] can write whenever they want.
