I think a good color match for them was a 1980's Volkswagen Schiracco Red or something... Right? Anyone know the correct match?

I agree. I think Clay's might also be maroon, not black after a more careful look. The maroon bedplate corner I posted a few back also looks black in the pic but is definitely maroon.fran604g wrote:#4961; I have to agree, George.
