Once I got the turn table off and recovered I pulled the speed control
cover off and could see no evidence of it ever having been in any other
position than the one it is in, so my conclusion is that the factory worker
at Victor was either drunk that day or on drugs
as for the clamp
holding the horn elbow on is triangular in shape with two holes in it,
one for the bracket pin and one for the screw that tightens it down. So
again my conclusion is that if you want to change the position of the
horn, you just loosen the screw, turn the horn and clamp it down again.
I'm used to the two Standard Model A's I have, those have a completely
encircles clamp and the horn swivels under it. Thanks guys and gals for
all your help.
