Panels were added to the front and back of the case to hide were the louvers go, and the space in the back. On the front of the case, you can see the the screws on the columns where the louvers go. I concur with Gramophone 78 that the horn is a cut off H & S cylinder horn. As a consolation, you have some valuable parts such as the back bracket. The Columbia case parts can be used to fix up another Columbia.
