The model is called the "Doric". I've only seen them in Mahogany. They are single spring and have a coloured morning glory horn.
I have seen a later version that has the "dog and gramophone " decal but they usually have the rectangle "gramophone company". I can't recall if I have seen one with a "G&T" decal.
