I suppose a mold could be made from a crispy original and then a rubber compound could be used. Seems that most 3D printing is geared toward materials that are rigid (plastic and/or metallic).

I've never had anything 3D printed, but I know there are places on the interwebnets that do it. Visit Shapeways for example.

Update: I did a quick search and found that there are many outfits that do rubber 3D printings.
