Well, that's a United motor, and United was owned by the Wisconsin Chair Co, makers of Puritan, United Na Paramount phonographs and Paramount and Broadway records (west of Penna, at least). As I recall, the earlier versions of thse machines were fitted with grilles, and the later with sound modifying doors.
