Here's what I did to Mike's Amberola VIII. I made a belt so it would fit snug. Not to tight or loose. I used the belt tensioner so it fits lightly on the belt. I fashioned a tensioner spring from a ball point pen. It was easy to work with and enough tension. That's the temporary one until Mike gets one from Ron Sitko. Everything runs smooth and efficient with no flutter or warble. It ran fast until I bottomed out the speed control. Mike told me he bent the off-on switch that connects to the speed control yoke. I think that's the problem. The governor and bearings look like it was when it left the factory. The flange and springs flex perfectly. Right now, the machine is a tad fast, but tolerable. I'm not going to mess with the bearings, because that will cause more problems. The next time I see Mike, I'll tweak the of-on switch and speed control yoke. Thanks for all the tips and advice.

Here are some pictures. I did find a screw that was missing. In the first picture, on the top of the picture, there was a missing set screw, which I replaced. It still runs too fast. (I removed the brake to take these pictures.)
