Nobody reproduces the metal diaphragms. If you can obtain an original that all the paint is gone, you can paint it with green fingernail polish. Just pic the color that closest matches your horn. I would keep your Mica one on the reproducer until you can find a metal one. Busy Bee reproducers are fairly common and show up on Ebay. You could also go to some of the phono shows and look in the glass cases of nick nacks for one. I had a Busy Bee reproducer that the diaphragm was made from a Coke can!columbia1spring wrote:

I made some pretty decent looking metal diaphragms with the embossed design on them. I still have the press to make them.
