Has it got the unique "HMV" decal usually found on this model? The gold decal is a secondary one. What price are they asking?

Naaah. VR means Victoria Regina. I've seen British coins back to 1837 with her portrait and the initial VR = Victoria Regina. 1837. Why, the talking machine wasn't even invented by then, nor was Fabrizio even born.
