thanks for your note, but I actually wasn't referring to you, but to another person who posts here though infrequently (more so on craigslist) and usually just about wanting to buy specific, uncommon machines... he wanted a ton of photos and detailed answers to several several questions while criticizing my prices for being too high and my opinions on values and the like for being too subjective and ill-informed. it got weird and insulting but whatever.
and thanks for the other responses, they've been very informative. and I agree on the timing observation... timing can definitely be everything when trying to buy or sell just about anything.
