You should be able to press the youtube button, and get this on your screen- [YouTube][/YouTube]
The video link goes inbetween the central brackets like this- [YouTube] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ln2E6Sc7YJE&NR=1 [/YouTube] I've left a space though so it doesn't post.
And this is what you should get without the space being left-

[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ln2E6Sc7YJE[/youtube]

I think it helps to put the entire youtube link on a separate line, so it doesn't get mixed with any other text.
Also, the link you provided seems to have some extra text tacked on the end.(&NE=1)
You need to use the link given in the youtube "share" option, and not use the one in the address bar on your computer.
