Alas, they said they don't make anything rated for 110v use nor do they even have anything like what I'm looking for.

If it's a power cord, maybe this will work? --> http://www.radiodaze.com/charcoal-gray- ... em-pwc-27/
I believe he has other colours and styles available.

If it isn't for power, would this work? --> http://www.radiodaze.com/spkr-headphone ... tem-spc-2/

Interesting thought, but I think it would have to be machine woven for the tight look I'm after. I'm beginning to think maybe nobody is making this stuff. Strange since it seems to have been so common at one time.

Not really the correct wire, go back and look at the original pictures. It's 2 twisted wires covered in a tight woven cover.

Try this:

http://vintagewireandsupply.com/black-c ... bulk-roll/

It's the best match I've seen for what you want. It's not cheap.

Yeah that's the same stuff I saw at Sundial that has 3 conductors, very similar I just wish they made it in a 2-conductor version. :-(

It's probably the closest you're going to find, I just cut the third wire off and use 2. At least it has the "wavy" look to it.
