Absolutely beautiful and so unusual, gemering! You will have a real prize there.

One question, though: How do you open the cabinet doors? I don't see any pulls. :?

Gene, Is there any update on if you were able to get this wonderful machine..??. I'm sure many of us would love to see more of it. Maybe even a short video showing it's overall operation.

Wayne,

The machine will be arriving sometime in February.
When here, I'll make a video of it working.

Henry,

The door pulls are there but are carved in... see photo below of a close up of Gene's.

Henry,

As Wayne (Victrola-Monkey) pointed out, the pulls are carved into the doors.
The 10-50 is a three door machine.
The left carving opens a door to the record compartment.
The right carving is split and opens two doors to the horn.

The first four photos show the coin mechanism.

I'm intrigued by the presence of the "player-piano" pneumatics... are they unique to the coin-op mechanism ?

Are they dampers / dash-pots, or is there a pump to provide vacuum for their operation ?

Quite a machine you're getting, Gene ! ;)
