Here's a 1914 Edison Phonograph Disclaimer (Generic) which could be found on any Edison Phonograph, even though there were separate Disclaimers printed for Diamond Amberola Machines, and Diamond Disc Machines. This Disclaimer has been known to have been found on all of them from time to time..

Tony, I noticed the file names of the first several images; they're from a Picasa account posted by someone named Mykola Tsymbal. I just thought he or she was a friend of yours, that's all.

I should correct myself, at least one of them is apparently. The others he has posted on the account are of an actual Amberola. I like looking into sources of information, because you never know what else might be available to examine.
