Michael,
The portion of your post that is so thinly directed at George Paul as well as other experienced collectors is out of line. Whoever is filling your head with this crap is playing you like a flute. Your 'secret pal' is not so secret to those of us who have full use of our faculties. Some people are not happy unless they are stirring a turd to make a stink and you are merely the stick being used to stir it. In my opinion, you are guilty of everything you accuse others of including racism. You should be off this board at least until you come to grips with who it is that has their hand jammed up your a** so far that he's making your mouth move.

Riddle me this: what model Graphophone is it that had a 6" mandrel, angle-mounted Lyric reproducer, oval-front oak case with corner columns, and painted top-mech . . . similar to a Type BE?

Michael,

Thank you for your service to our country. You and others have secured our First Amendment rights, and I respect your right to your opinion. I would only caution you not to let your hatred for me to cloud your opinion of other authors who have written excellent books for phonograph collectors. Robert Baumbach, George Frow, Rene Rondeau, Ron Dethlefson, and others shouldn't be tarred with the same brush you're using on me. Their work is excellent, and I'm sure you would find them useful.

Again, my sincere gratitude for your past service,

George P.
