Unbelievable! Please tell me that you didn't dicker on the price. At that price, when this rare occurance happens, you pay and get it to your car as soon as you can then you pinch yourself to make sure your not dreaming.

I would be getting up in the middle of the night, more than once, just to make sure it was still there and to admire it.

That is SO FUNNY! I did that with a player piano I got when I was a kid. My Dad hated pianos and I really thought he bought it as a joke and was going to turn right around and sell the thing.

That's a great find of course. It's amazing how things turn up now and again, and it's really nice when it gets into the right hands. Good luck with the restoration!
