One of the side benefits from the Oregon to Union trek and other phono trips has been experiencing foods that are not available in Oregon. I've tried Pike from Minnesota, Made-Rites in Hannibal, MO, Mississippi catfish, deep fried pickles and fried green tomatoes in Oklahoma, and deep fried alligator in Florida. Jerry Blais

A handsome machine indeed!
Here is something on sorghum, referred to as sorghum molasses in eastern Tennessee where I grew up. A hot, buttered biscuit with some poured over it, yumm!
