Indian Talking Machine: 78 Rpm Record & Gramophone by ROBERT MILLIS is a great book with 2 cd's. I got it at my local HMV store for US$48 so a lot cheaper than Amazone.
I'm still trying to get a copy of "The Wonder that was the Cylinder". The slowest email responses ever.
