Value? In my world of antique dealing, the value is simply the price which buyer and seller agree upon and are comfortable with.
If I had to have it, assuming it's all there and needs the typical recap and resistor replacement, besides a good disassembly, adjustment and lube of the mechanicals, I'd be tempted to dance around the $500 mark if the cabinet is clean and solid.
UPDATE!
Oops. I just searched Craigslist and found it. I have only two words for you...grab it!!!!

Re: Interesting Victor Radio/Phono Craigslist Humbolt, CA
I once owned a 1933 Victor Duo similar to this with a beautiful caramel color walnut cabinet with six legs and 78 and 33 ⅓ speeds. I also owned a 1934 Victor Magic Brain Duo model 341 with six legs. The 330 was manual and the 341 had the changer arm. That's what the one on the end of the number means. For example, a 1933 model 331 would have the changer. The six legs thing was a 1932-34 fad in cabinets. They were both beautiful cabinets and I had the radio fixed on the 1933 and had the radio and the phonograph fixed on the 1934. Played records great! But, the sad truth is about 95% of the phonograph collecting community has zero interest in radio/phonographs. $500 for one of these in non-working condition? You can't even sell one of these for that is restored condition. I think the asking price for this one is about right. These are great to buy and have repaired, but don't think you are going to make any money or even break even if you ever try to sell it. I just checked and Humboldt would be a 1500 mile round trip for me, so I'm not going for it. BTW, I just finished restoring a 1949 Philco radio/phono console with the dual tone arms, one for 78s and the other for Lps, and the 78 arm plays 78s GREAT!!!!!. It pulls in AM and FM stations great too. I think it's a keeper if just for the fantastic sound it gets out of an electric 78, especially the fantastic sounding Capitol records from the late 40s and 50s!!! Go Les Paul and Mary Ford!

The case is a Colonial Revival interpretation of William & Mary. I refer to furniture styles.

I paid $200 for ours Jerry. I'd pay it again for another one. The one you show has a slightly fancier cabinet.

Re: Interesting Victor Radio/Phono Craigslist Humbolt, CA
I picked one of these up this evening.
The price was very inexpensive and the cabinet looks very nice.
Unfortunately, the tonearm on mine is cracked off at the base.
I did not realize that these were potmetal.
Big problem???
Will post some photos tomorrow night.

I think the seller of this Victor got the year wrong. It's a 1933, not 1932, I think. I owned the 1933 model 330 with out the changer. It looked like this cabinet, only thinner, more upright. With this machine, you can play the 33 ⅓ Victor Transcription discs, as well as standard records. I have the 1933 Victor red book covering repair info for all 1933 Victor sets, which is for sale at a modest price.
