What the heck?

It seems a lot of these items are settled in the last 5 seconds of the bidding. I have been outbid several times like that but that was my max bid so I did not feel bad. If I see someone bidding it up in small increments I normally quit bidding. I figure a similar item will come up in the future. I will not get items overpriced so I can be dumped on. There are too many other sources for items unless they are in the rarified section then buyers will determine the price. Something is only worth what someone will pay for it as the saying goes. Tom B
