My suggestion for a rare machine like this is to just list it on ebay. Nobody can give an accurate offer on this because of it's rarity. Start at a low opening bid, and let the market decide.

I've enlarged the photo and I see no motor. The motor would be below the table top. Perhaps there is another photo? - or possibly what is referred to as a motor here is actually the governor? Very interesting machine! I would very much like to see more detailed photos on this.

Enlarge it again and look below the nickel plated drive pulley. You can clearly see the commutator and armature windings.

I'm one of the members who inquired about this through email and the additional pictures sent to me definitely show a class M motor under the top works.
