the point explanation of many of the very subtle nuances
about the history of recorded sound, and its reproduction.
It's great to know that many folks out there appreciate
all of these subtle things.

me eager to fire up the wax pot and start making more
brown wax blanks!
I really enjoy making those available to people
like yourselves, who appreciate the brown wax era.
That was a special time. That was back when the
recordings were made at a fairly low level, not
vastly overmodulated such as a few years later.
Back then, it was somewhat quiet and on the subtle side.
Hearing tubes were the norm, glass diaphragms were
preferred, and oops, if you turned your Standard Speaker
the wrong way, well dang, you just messed up your
recording!
And yes, I totally understand the Led Zep urges.
I recently have been listening to some early Cream.
Those guys were about as psychedelic as it gets, but that is another story for another time...
